Announcemet of the organization of the Yiddish Drama Guild has been made by Mendel Helkin, its Executive Secretary. A large number of men and women interested in developing the Yiddish theatrical art, Mr. Henkin said, have already joined. The first club evening of the guild will be held on June 26, when Mr. Helkin will speak on “The Present Crisis in Dramatic Productions”. David Dinski, playwright, will read from his works.
