The Yugoslav Government will probably issue shortly a decree excluding all Jews who obtained citizenship after Dec. 1, 1918, and all other persons working with Jewish capital from the food trade, the newspaper Vreme reported to day.

Other restrictive measures on the Jews in government and industry will follow the paper said. An editorial blamed the Jews for rising food prices and food shortages and declared that large-scale immigration of Jews from neighboring countries was creating a serious problem.
