Asher Ginsburg, Hebrew philosopher and essayist, known under the nom de plume of Achad Ha’am. was the recipient of many congratulations yesterday, which, according to the Hebrew calendar, was his seventieth birthday. Many meetings were held in Tel Aviv in honor of the occasion.
