Boston Prepares for National United Palestine Appeal Conference

Plans for the forth coming meeting of the national conference of the United Palestine Appeal to be held in this city November 10 and 11 were formulated at a meeting of the local committee of the United Palestine Appeal, where it was announced that the conference will be held at the Statler Hotel.

A reception committee of the leading Zionists and others interested in Palestine work is being organized to participate in the reception to be tendered to the delegates and quests who are to come from all parts of the United States. Details of the plans are to be announced following their approval by the headquarters of the United Palestine Appeal.

A check for $50,000 will be presented to the conference by the New England Zionsist Region. The campaign for the New England quota will be launched October 28, when Dr. Chaim Weizmann will be the guest of honor. The drive will be concluded at a dinner following the closing session of the national conference.
