Amin el Husseini, Grand Mufti upon whom the blame for the recent outbreak is centering, is preparing to visit Egypt and Iraq on behalf of the Palestine Arab movement.
It is recalled here that on the eve of the outbreak of the riots, the French Consulate in Jerusalem refused a visa for the Grand Mufti to proceed to Syria.
