A 40 per cent decline in German exports to the United States testifies to the increasing efficacy of the boycott of German goods in this country, according to a report issued here by the Joint boycott Council of the American Jewish Congress and the Jewish Labor Committee.

the report reveals that Nazi exports to the United States for the first eight months of 1938 totalled $33,000,000 as compared with $56,2000,000 for the same period last year.
