Terming the German liner St. Louis with its cargo of refugees, "the saddest ship afloat today," the New York Times said editorially today that "Germany, with all the hospitality of its concentration camps, will welcome these unfortunates home." "Perhaps Cuba, as her spokesmen say, has already taken too many German refugees," the editorial continued. "Yet all these 900 asked was a temporary haven."
