A total of $675, 000 was raised for the UJA at a dinner tonight in honor of Dr. Emanuel Neumann, ZOA president, tendered him by the Manhattan ZOA District at the Essex House here. The dinner was presided over by Moses Torczyner, acting chairman of the District.
