About 150 people attended a reception here today marking the 10th anniversary of Olam Hadash, an illustrated Hebrew magazine for children. Israel’s United Nations Ambassador Yosef Tekoah stressed the importance of Hebrew. “The test of the one-ness of the Jewish people will eventually be the Hebrew language,” Tekoah said. He pledged that Israel will not “let down” the Jews of the Soviet Union or oppressed Jews anywhere in the world. “We will keep our doors open,” he said.
