Agitation for a boycott against the Jews was declared to be a crime today by the court in Sterburg, East Prussia, which sentenced to four months imprisonment the publisher of “Das Kampfende Landvolk Ost Preusen,” Herr Dopner.
Herr Dopner was sentenced for an article which appeared in his publication calling for “a boycott of the traitors.”
The court based its verdict on paragraph 110 of the code taken into consideration when pronouncing sentence, implying that when a Jew comes before a Nazi judge, he can hardly expect justice.
