The East New York Dispensary.located at 131 Watkins street, Brooklyn,treated a total of 21,853 patients during the year December 1,1932,to Nov.30,1933,it was made known in the annual report issued yesterday by Simon H.K.ugel, president of the institution,which is one of the tweny-five constituent agencies of the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities.
