Congressman Joseph W. Martin, Jr., member of the Commission on Foreign Relations, today telegraphed to President Hoover asking that the State Department intervene in behalf of the Jews in Palestine. The Congressman in his message declared that this country is “duty-bound to see to it that all nationals shall be equal.”
