Declaring that the Arab leaders who rule are not benefitting the people, the Arab paper, “Felestin,” published in Jaffa, announces that Mouza Kazim, president of the Arab Executive and Maughanem, secretary, have both resigned as the result of a crisis in the Arab Executive growing out of the elections to the Arab delegation to be sent to London. Nashashibi, mayor of Jerusalem, and Auni Abdul Hadi have resigned from the delegation and Yacoub Faraji, Christian vice-chairman of the Arab-Executive and vice-mayor of Jerusalem, has quit the Executive.
Strong efforts are being made to heal the breach, while the “Felestin” expresses the hope of an agreement.
