Moises A. Toff, Under-Secretary for Latin American Affairs and a member of the Israeli mission to the U.N., will leave here tomorrow for a four weeks’ tour through Latin America, it was announced today by the Israeli Office of Information.
Mr. Toff, in his capacity as envoy extraordinaire, will discuss diplomatic and consular relationships between Israel and various Latin American countries during his tour. He will visit Venezuela, Uruguay, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, all of which have already recognized the state of Israel.
