Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations rejected Kofi Annan’s call for a joint U.N.-Israeli investigation into Israel’s killing of four U.N. peacekeepers in southern Lebanon. “Israel does not feel it needs any help in investigating what happened,” Dan Gillerman said Thursday in New York.
