Seven American Jewish leaders were meeting with President Nixon at the White House late this afternoon to discuss the Middle East. Nixon leaves Monday on a 12-day trip to four Arab countries and Israel. The leaders meeting with him today were: Max Fisher, chairman of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency; Rabbi Israel Miller, chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations; Jacob Stein, former chairman of the Conference; Rabbi Arthur Hertzberg, president of the American Jewish Congress; Mrs. Charlotte Jacobson, chairman of the World Zionist Organization, American Section; David Blumberg, president of B’nai B’rith; and Lewis Cole, chairman of the National Jewish Community Relations Advisory Council (NJCRAC).
