Norman Winestine, local merchant, was enlisted by President Roosevelt as one of the nine members of the State Recovery Board for the state of Montana, to serve without compensation.
Mr. Winestine is president of the Helena Retail Merchants Exchange, and a director of the Helena Commercial Club. He is active in Jewish affairs and is an officer of Congregation Emanuel.
