A new Israel-Arab cultural community and youth center named for the late Barnett Palinsky, a New York businessman, was dedicated here today in the presence of Mayor Abba Khoushy and other prominent personalities. The center was financed by the Palinsky family, which had donated $50,000 for the purpose. Some 160 Jews and Arab youth are already registered in the center.
