The General Assembly’s Special Political Committee voted unanimously last night a resolution continuing the UN Relief and Works Agency program for Arab refugees in 1959. The 44 to 0 vote came after four Western Powers dropped from the resolution a proposal that the Secretary General report to next year’s Assembly a proposal on the future of the refugees.
