Hugh Ernst, president of the Hotel and Restaurant Workers Union of America, today turned over the sum of $100,000 to Israel authorities toward the cost of a new housing project for newly-arrived immigrants at Iryat Amal. He was received earlier by Labor Minister Golda Myerson.
