The press and public here gave an enthusiastic reception to performances here by the Yiddish State Theater of Poland of the plays, “Mirele Efross” by Jacob Gordon and “Sender Blank” by Sholem Aleichem. A fragment of “Mirele Efross” was also presented over the Austrian television network.
