The next World Zionist Congress will not be a resolution-passing Congress, Louis A. Pincus insisted today. Pincus, chairman of the Jewish Agency Executive and of the World Zionist Organization Executive, advised the National Board of the American Zionist Federation today that “We shall be taking a close look at our past record, at what has happened to previous resolutions.”
