The Jewish engineer and Zionist, Rutenberg, father of the plan for the utilization of the water power in Palestine is expected here this week. Plans for the financing of his scheme, it is understood, have been completed, a contribution of a million pounds toward its materialization having been made by Baron Rothschild.
