Bernard Flexner will arrive here in a few days from New York, in order to conclude, on behalf of the Joint Distribution Committee, an agreement with the ICA by which the reconstruction work of the J.D.C. will be transferred to a new body organized by both organizations, in which the representatives of the European organizations will participate. The negotiations between the J. D. C. and the ICA have been going on for some time, and it is expected that Mr. Flexner will settle the final details and that the agreement will become effective within two or three weeks.
