In connection with the Government’s proposal to recognize the Warsaw commercial high school as a State academy, Jewish members of the Educational Commission have demanded withdrawal of the numerus clausus in-so-far as it applies to this particular school. The director of the high school was present and confirmed the statement that Jewish students in the school are proportionally few. The Jewish demand was rejected.
