Abrogation of Discriminatory Legislation in Liberated Countries Asked of Stettinius

A program, which will guarantee “human rights” of the individual regardless of race, color or creed and the speedy abrogation of disoriminatory laws affecting the Jewish people of Europe has been presented to Secretary of State Edward R. Stettinius, by Harold O. N. Frankel, Grand Master of the Independent Order Brith Abraham, and Abraham H. Hollander, Grand Secretary, it was announced here today.

The Brith Abraham leaders urged that the program be included in an “International Bill of Rights Charter” to be adopted at the conference of the United Nations in San Francisco. Mr. Frankel and Mr. Hollander also asked that the Secretary of State use his good offices to permit the Jewish people to be heard at San Francisce through their accredited representatives.
