Ban heading to Mideast

The U.N. secretary-general will visit Israel this
month. Ban Ki-moon’s office announced last Friday that he would travel to Israel, the West Bank and Gaza at the end of March in a bid to help along
peace talks. Ban will also visit Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, where he will
attend an Arab League meeting.
