The merits and faults of Fascism, National Socialism and Communism cannot be properly appreciated without an understanding of their theoretical and historical foundations, Dr. Heinrich Jordan, exiled German professor, told his class in “Recent Developments in the Philosophy of the State,” at the first session of New York University, Washington Square summer session yesterday.
