Two witnesses appeared before the Foreign Relations Committee yesterday at the hearing on the resolution for an international conference on calendar reform.
A representative of the Berkshin Life Insurance Company, A. C. Washburn, favored the thirteen-month calendar ecause it would bring increased revenue to his company. Paul Wilson, representative of the Graton-Knight Company, Worcester, Mass., also advocated the thirteen-month plan. Mr. Wilson is a Baptist Sunday school teacher. The hearings will be continued.
