Joszef Revai, Hungarian Minister of Education, in a general attack on the Catholic Church, various Protestant groups and some elements among the Jews, today criticized those members of the Jewish community who “support reactionary Zionism,” according to reports received here from Budapest.
In a reference to large-scale emigration of Israel-bound Jews, the Minister declared: “We are by no means willing to encourage the export of hundreds and thousands to be exploited in Palestine.” Two small parties of Jews recently left for Israel; they were part of a group of 3,000 to whose migration the Hungarian Government agreed.
