Israel warned that it will reconsider its commitment to a U.S.-brokered cease-fire if the Palestinian Authority does not clamp down on violence. “The cease-fire is not working,” said Ra’anan Gissin, a spokesman for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. Israel “can’t go on like this. People are getting killed.”
