Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon approved humanitarian measures to ease hardships on the Palestinians. During consultations with Cabinet ministers Sunday, Sharon also agreed that Foreign Minister Shimon Peres renew contacts with Palestinian Authority officials, Army Radio reported.
