Walter Kirschenbaum, a representative of the Jewish Labor Committee, today told the National Conference on International Economic and Social Development that his organization has aided the Point Four program by extending cultural, moral, and financial assistance to Israel.

The Conference is made up of representatives of hundreds of leading American organizations. Mr. Kirschenbaum spoke on the contributions of the international labor movement and Jews in general toward the strengthening of democracy in underdeveloped areas of the world.
