Max Seigler, member of the Montreal City Council for the past 23 years, has been named by Mayor Camille Houde to represent him at the celebration of Israel’s fifth Independence Day next month. Mr. Seigneur will sail tomorrow for Europe, travelling to Italy by rail and flying from there to Israel, where he will arrive on April 17, three day before the celebration.
