The Anne Frank Foundation has refused to stop displaying an anti-apartheid poster that the British Embassy here said was offensive to Britain. The poster, labeled “Neo-Nazism in South Africa,” depicts the British Foreign Secretary, Sir Alec Douglas-Home saying, “I am delighted to announce that Black Rhodesians have been completely liquidated.”
