Sidney Levy is one of the three Jewish top officials at the helm of Rio 2016. He reports to Carlos Arthur Nuzman, who serves as both president of the Brazilian Olympic Committee and the Rio 2016 organizing committee. Leonardo Gyner is Levy's deputy. Several other backstage staff members also are Jewish.
