To the Editor:
Bigotry is bigotry. It was bigotry to ban renting to Jews in the United States just because they were Jews, and it is bigotry to ban renting to Sudanese in Israel just because they are Sudanese.
It is easy to support "social justice" when you have no power. The challenge is to practice social justice when you do have power.
I know the black hats have all kinds of rationalization for their racism. But then so did the guys in the United States who were wearing the white sheets and hoods.
